Patriot Saints New York is governed by the Remnant Saints Inter-Continental Congress
of which I am a facilitator. RSICC is freedom's alternative to the socialist United Nations. One
of our key principles is that government should be administered at the most local level possible.
The next level up of government should not abrogate the powers delegated to the lower levels of
government. The higher the level of government, the smaller should be its role.
Patriot Saints of New York is the local branch of that emerging government. We are preparing to
replace the current socialist regime when it eventually falls. In the meantime we fellowship.

About Joseph Eldred
Joseph Eldred is the elected (~2/28/02) branch coordinator for the New York, Hudson
branch of Patriot Saints. He has been elected (~3/4/02) as their representative to Remnant Saints Inter-Continental Congress, where he serves as Vice Presiding Facilitator.
Joe is also the President and Founder of 'God Bless
America' (a public policy institute seeking to restore America to its founding principles
embodied in the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, and Scripture) and a county
coordinator for the New York State Tyranny Response Team (committed to the absolute restoration of
our Bill of Rights). A noted author, speaker, and broadcaster, Joe is the father of three
children.
Joe signed the Patriot Alliance
mission statement on November 6, 2001.
